Refunds / Replacements:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require your order number. Additionally one of our staff members may ask for video/photo proof in certain cases.

If you received a damaged or defected item, please do not worry. Contact us at help@babytimesoriginals.com with your order number and we will send you the product again without any extra charges. You are not required to send the product you received back to us
